The internal of the building is a hive of activity with bedroom ensuites being installed, plastering to walls complete, stair being installed, painter work progressing and kitchen being fitted.
The external render is complete along with larch wall cladding and extension roof.
The external landscaping is due to commence on the 4th July with project completion targeted for 29th July.

All necessary statutory approvals, Planning Permission and Building Warrant approval have been secured prior to the site start which was 10th January 2021.
The Building Contract has been awarded to Bryce Building Contractors ltd which include costs and a programme of works in keeping with CGAH business plan.
All asbestos removal, fairly minimal, was successfully completed by a Licenced Operator prior to the main works commencing to avoid potential delays to the site start.
The initial works of demolition of the building rear extension/garage is complete allowing access for new external drainage and foundations to be completed.
The rear extension concrete floor is now complete.
Internal works consist of several non loading bearing walls being removed to create the new living space and fireplaces throughout being bricked up.
Builders work continuing in advance of first fix plumbing and electrical work which has now commenced.
